Return and Refund Policy

At SNP, the satisfaction of our customers is of tremendous importance. We work to serve you better and make you happier! However, we understand that due to ungovernable reasons, a package sometimes may not reach you in the desired state. As a policy, we do not offer any refunds. However, if you believe that the order you have received is wrong, in a damaged condition or has been tampered with, please send an email to us within 48 hours of delivery at snpherbal@gmail.com. We provide return within 48 hours once product is delivered.

Our customer service representative will guide you through the process and your item will be replaced subsequently. All returned items except damaged must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt/invoice, and should be in a saleable condition. The product will be picked up within 3-5 business days from when we process the request. The new product will be shipped to you within 5 business days after the original order has been received in our Warehouse.

The replacement will be shipped post validation of the returned product. Replacement product will be delivered within 5-7 business days. In case the product is in tradeable condition, we will issue a replacement. If the product is not in a tradeable condition, we will not process the request. The criteria to assess tradeability lies at the sole discretion of SNP. Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or returns on any discounted, used or promotional product. Any free or promotional product delivered with ordered product also needs to be returned. 

If after placing the order you want to cancel it, you could do so without incurring any cancellation charges, please mail us at snpherbal@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing the order. In case the order has been shipped, we would not be able to accept any cancellations.

In case of any refund is approved, it will take 5-7 business days to get credited to your original payment method.
